RTL will provide the supplier with an account for content delivery via Rally and conduct an onboarding session.

Prior to the first file-based delivery, RTL and the supplier must carry out a compatibility test to ensure that the delivered file formats are fully compatible with RTL's editing, archiving, and broadcast systems.
The test verifies the technical delivery workflow via Rally as well as the compatibility of the supplier's file-generation workflow, including the software and codecs used, with RTL's technical infrastructure. For this purpose, the supplier must provide representative test files in accordance with RTL's delivery specifications.
Once the compatibility test has been successfully completed, the approved production and file-generation workflow may be used for regular deliveries.
Any subsequent changes to the production or file-generation workflow that may affect the technical properties of the delivered files require a new compatibility test. The supplier must notify RTL in advance of any such changes.
Tech Specs
All video files must comply with the applicable specifications for the Original Version upon delivery. If these requirements are not met, the affected files will be rejected and must be redelivered. Please also take the Audio Specs and Presets into account.
